Free Facebook t-shirt, shoes are SPAM and SCAMS. How to get out of this SCAM, SPAM.
Yesterday when I opened my Facebook there are lot of posts like this.
This is just a Spam and Scam to get your private information.
After clicking on the link I found the following page which is asking for your mobile upload email.
The verification e-mail that this site is asking is actually your secret upload email. That you can use to upload photos and videos to your Facebook account. 
Once the Spam Site knows your personalized upload email and your email they can post status, picture etc on your behave without your knowledge.
So please don’t enter your personal information and your mobile upload email, otherwise your Facebook profile will be compromised and spammers can use your wall to post anything without your knowledge.
How to get out of this.
If by chance you have entered your personalized mobile upload email don’t worry you can change it. You have to again regenerate this.
- Just go to http://www.facebook.com/mobile/.
- Click the picture above Upload via Email
- A pop will appear.
- Click refresh your upload email link
- Click the Reset Button
You are done. 
Never ever click on suspicious links. And don’t go for free stuffs and offers.
